Getting along with some e-commerces in Indonesia, I find out it's important to maintain the traffics, but the more important thing than that is to keep the Conversion Rate (CR or CVR). Based on statistics analytics, both variables correlates each others but it doesn't mean e-commerces with higher traffics have more CAPABILITY in gaining their OPTIMUM conversions.
From this, the company should really drive their campaign management strategy and monitor the customers behavior movement from month to month (MoM). On the other hand, the company also ought to focus on innovating their products. These two things, of course, come along with the quality of website or mobile apps they have.
